POLICY OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCT

BA is proud of offering you excellent quality products, however, in case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can ask for an exchange or return of the product. We appreciate your information concerning the reason why you are requesting exchange or return using email info@business-again.pt.

1. Produto exchange

Request for product exchange should be communicated within 14 days and it will be accepted only if returned within 30 days from reception date and if the product is in good order.

2. Return of product

Return of product intention should be communicated within 14 days and will be accepted only if product is returned within 30 days from reception date and if the product is in good order. The reimbursement will be made within 30 days.
